A view of the broad arch and tower at the Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal, Los Angeles, California. It was built in 1939 with the cooperation of the region's three principal railroads, the Union Pacific Railroad, the Southern Pacific Railroad and the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway.
