This powder horn has wooden plugs at each end with a leather thongs attached to the base plug. Another leather thong with a brown shoelace encircles the upper portion of the horn. The shoelace is attached to a hand carved wooden piece designed to hold percussion caps. This powder horn from the Ottawa Tribe and was purchased from Wisconsin in 1956.
