Benjamin Johnson was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on July 8, 1897 from Wyandotte County, Kansas for robbery. Inmate Draper Davis was received at the penitentiary on March 18, 1899 from Osage County, Kansas for burglary, larceny and escaping prison.
