These photographs are from the first floor of the Tower Building showing Dr. Karl Menninger's office and several exhibit rooms. Security Benefit Company built a hospital, an orphanage and school, a home for the elderly and a model farm in Topeka, Kansas. Menninger purchased the facilities and used the buildings, fitting them to the needs of a psychiatric facility. The Tower building had been the hospital and was converted into offices and the museum.
