This poster announces a fair at Winfield, Cowley County Kansas. Highlights of the fair include $8,000 in premiums, good races daily, a good band, and displays of livestock. The poster includes illustrations of horse and sulky racing. Fair officers are J. R. Sumpter, president; W. J. Wilson, secretary; and A. H. Doane, treasurer. There is another poster for 1888 with different illustrations on it.
