This black and white photograph shows the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway Company's steam locomotive #3784 with a Super Chief at the station in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The class 4-8-4 steam locomotive, built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was primarily used for passenger service because it provided a powerful engine for mountain type travel.
