This pamphlet, as the title indicates, advocates for one of the major issues of the Populists--the free coinage of silver. They believed that this would make money more available, which would decrease prices, and, thus, would aid in increasing the prosperity of the lower classes. The pamphlet was printed in Delphos, Kansas.
