This promotional circular letter was written by Edward E. Hale on behalf of the Worcester County Kanzas League. It was probably affiliated with the New England Emigrant Aid Company, as many of the officers are the same. The document provides detailed information about how emigrants would get to Kansas, and tips for settling once they arrived. Hale also provides information on how to support the League through the purchase of stock.
