Executive Committee, Session.
Caled to order by the chairman, Mr Winchel. Geo. S. Hillyer apointed Sec.
No-1- On Motion, Resolved That [xxx] Daniels be furnished with a Horse belonging to the Central Committe. for his use on a trip through the Territory to be returned in like good condition as Recd.
No 2. On Motion Resolved that a load of provisions & clothing or its value in money be appropriated to the cities of Topeka, Grasshopper Falls, Council City & the region of the Cot. Wood to be distributed under the direction of the Committeman of the respective district which they represent.
No 3. On motion Resolved that when we adjourn we adjourn to meet at Washington, on the 28th, inst--
No 4. On Motion, Resolved, that our agent be, and is hereby instructed not to sell any Horses, belonging to this Central Committe Prior to the day of Public Sale ordered on the, 29, inst
No. 5. On Motion Resolvd that the Sec—of this Committe give written instruction to our Special Agent, Mr. Rob. Morrow to proceed to Nebraska City and thin make Such disposition of all property belonging to this Comtee as is his judgment is most juditious—
No. 6. On Motion Resolvd that Mr. Kedln of

Leavenworth City be authorised to to intertain Mrs. Margaret Bamber untill we can procure her a passage to St. Louis. She having the moni to pay her passage
No. 7. On Motion Resolvd That the chair instruct our agent, Col. Eldridge to purchase & send provisions & clothing to differant Districts as specified in Resolution No. 2.
No. 8. On Motion—Resolvd That B. Hitchcook be alowed to retain a certain cook-Stove belonging to the K.S.C. Committe by receipting for the same to the Central Comt as per Rule—
