This dart point was collected from the Kansas River valley and donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 1925. The dart is made of Flint Hills region chert and has an expanding stem. After knapping, the dart point was mounted to the dart fore shaft, and then thrown with an atlatl.

Date: 2500 BCE-500 CE
