This dish fragments were collected from the Hyatt Townsite in Anderson County and donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 2007. Those on the top row are decorated by transfer printing and are called transferware. Those on the bottom row are yellowware decorated in what was commonly called an earthworm pattern (waves and loops) and banded. Hyatt was established in 1856 and abandoned in the 1860s.
