A series of Maur Hill Mount Academy of Atchison, Kansas, sports photographs. Included are football, golf, track, cross country, and basketball team and individual photographs. Maur Hill–Mount Academy is a coed Catholic, college prep, boarding high school in Atchison, Kansas. It is a part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas and sponsored by the St. Benedict's Abbey monastery and Mount St. Scholastica convent in Atchison, Kansas. The school became Maur Hill–Mount Academy with the merger of the two long established schools in Atchison, the Maur Hill Prep School that was an all-boys school and the Mount St. Scholastica Academy that was an all-girls school. The merger took place in 2003. Digitization funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission through the Kansas State Historical Records Advisory Board.
