A series of photographs about the book authored by Dr. Hertzler about his life, called the Horse and Buggy Doctor. The photographs include window displays of the book on sale and a photograph of Dr. Arthur E. Hertzler and Dr. Morris Fishbein, Secretary of American Medical Association, sitting in a horse drawn buggy at the Southeastern Surgical Congress in Atlanta, Georgia, in 1939. Digitization funded by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission through the Kansas State Historical Records Advisory Board.
