These images were taken during excavation by Kansas Historical Society archeologists at the Buresh site, a Middle Ceramic (1000-1500 CE) village in Sumner County in 1969. Shown are views of three houses with storage pits, post holes, and shallow basins and an aerial view of the of the site.
