This set of photographs show the mill and waterfalls in Elk Falls, Kansas. The first photograph shows the mill in 1884. The second image was taken at a unknow date. The natural waterfall is created by the stone that is visible on the surface which measures about 10ft. high and approximately 100 ft. wide. A curved dam is later constructed to channel the water for a water powered grist mill.
