These pottery fragment were recovered in 1994 from a bell-shaped pit during a Phase IV salvage project at the Living the Dream archeological site in Cowley County. The rim sherd, base sherd, and neck sherd with a wide strap handle have sand temper and a black, crusty residue. The pinched decorative tab fragment has shell temper. The site is a Great Bend aspect (ancestral Wichita) village that had been greatly impacted by modern activities.
