In this video interview Kenneth C. Bauman describes early years growing up in Hamlin, Kansas, how he became interested in the telegraph and railroad communication, and the different positions he had working for the Union Pacific Railroad. Kenneth started in Morrill, Kansas, as an apprentice Agent and moved on to other locations in Kansas and Nebraska before working in Topeka, Kansas, as an Agent for twelve years before retiring.
