This photograph represents the third Stafford County Courthouse in St. John Kansas. The art deco style building was constructed between 1928 and 1929. The two-story structure features smooth stone walls and the building's name inscribed in the horizontal frieze above the front doors. The facility still serves as the county courthouse of Stafford County, Kansas.
