This pipe was collected from a multicomponent (multiple occupations) archeological site in Doniphan County and donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 1925. The pipe was made from a deer antler that had been drilled with stone tools to make the bowl and stem. The exterior of the pipe is polished and there are traces of tobacco residue in the bowl. Two small holes were drilled into the pipe near the rim and base of the bowl.
