A letter from W. S. Purdy, E.R. Morgan, and C. P. Leslie informs Kansas Governor St. John the residents of Saratoga and Iuka, Kansas are all aware the Governor may locate the Temporary County Seat of Pratt County where the majority of the legal electors of said county petition. Accompanying this letter is a petition from persons signing the Saratoga petition having signed the Iuka petition.
