A petition from citizens of Graham County, Kansas requesting Kansas Governor St. John designate Hill-City, Kansas as temporary County Seat. Accompanying this petition is are letters from the Notary Public stating that W. R. Hill circulated the petition and that at the time the petition had the same heading as the petition that is attached to their letters.
