A letter from Herbert L Grigsby tells Kansas Governor Humphrey he believes S. T. Walker, Superintendent, is a good man to lead the school, he also says that the school should be promoted in every district in Kansas. A letter from S. Henry asks the Governor for an appointment at the Institution.
