This file contains several letters concerning matters of the Kansas State Insane Asylum. A letter from Superintendent B. D. Eastman of the Kansas State Insane Asylum informs Kansas Governor Humphrey the Institution has accepted the admission of Walter J. Eames. There is correspondence between C. E. Taylor and Superintendent B. D. Eastman regarding Rhoda Marcellus and her being sent to the Asylum. Additional letters are statements from Eastman to Governor Humphrey concerning certain individuals cases.
