These letters, spanning 1887, are from Kansas Governor John Martin, the House of Representatives, and the Senate Chamber regarding legislature matters. Governor Martin wrote to the Senate and the House about pardons as well as the approval of bills, which were on such subjects as funding, relief, education, counties, taxes, railroads, land, etc. The House and the Senate wrote to governor Martin about the confirmed appointment of state officials and sending an invitation to their meetings.
