These letters, spanning 1886, are from Kansas Governor John Martin regarding the approval of House Bills to the Kansas House of Representatives. The topics of the bills passed include taxes, counties, education, property, judicial districts, military, etc. There are also letters from the Senate Chamber as well as the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy regarding their stance, either for or against, on various House Bills.
