These letters, spanning 1888, are from various individuals regarding the International Exhibition in Paris to Kansas Governor John Martin. The letters discuss the appointment of a delegate, or commissioner, to the International Exhibition. The governor appointed Emile Firmin as the delegate. The International Exhibition was held in Paris in 1889.
