This letter, dated December 21st, 1888, is from J. A. Hamilton, the State Treasurer, regarding state bonds and funding to Kansas Governor John Martin. Hamilton explained the funds and state bonds left for the Sinking Fund, Permanent School Fund, and the Refunding Act of 1887.
