This letter, dated September 23rd, 1885, is from T. P. Moore, Loan Commissioner of the Kansas State Agricultural College, regarding an investment made to the college to Kansas Governor John Martin. Moore wrote asking for governor Martin's opinion about a $2,000 bond donated from the Board of Education of Atchison, Kansas to the Kansas State Agricultural College.
