These letters are from the Adjutant General's office in regards to adjutant general affairs to Kansas Governor John Martin. A. B. Campbell, Adjutant General, and S. M. Lauham wrote letters concerning military shipments, Governor turnover, and Rock Island Arsenal and other ordinances as well as appointing military officials to the office.
