Letters to Kansas Governor St. John concerning the criminal J. C. Wilson, who is accused of the murder of an unknown person. There are several letters to the Governor asking him to offer a reward for the capture of Wilson. A letter from H. H. McAdams transmits to Governor St. John a copy of transcripts concerning the judgment and conviction of J. C. Wilson. The file also includes an affidavit of the arrest of Wilson.
