A letter from Ellis County Attorney D. C. Nellis provides Kansas Governor St. John with a complaint filed against Charles Stackhouse for the killing of a citizen, he also informs the Governor that Stackhouse may be going by the name of Philip Moyer. Following letters to Governor St. John are regarding the reward for the arrest of Charles Stackhouse as well as requisition papers.
