A letter from Allen County Attorney, W. H. Slavens, informs Kansas Governor St. John that he has enclosed a copy of information filed against William Jennings. Jenning's is accused of first-degree murder. In the letter, Slavens requests the Governor offer a reward for the arrest of William Jennings.
