A letter from Joseph Dillon of Lakin, Kansas writes to Governor St. John regarding information that will lead to the arrest of George Bandle, in the letter he asks the Governor if there is still an award for the capture of Bandle. The last document is a petition from citizens of Lakin, Kansas to the Governor to offer an award for the arrest of George Bandle, who is accused for the murder of Harrison Burtch.
