A letter from J.S. Jones asking Kansas Governor St. John to transmit the requisition papers for C. F. Brower and G. F. Brower to Geo. B. Dennis of Tombstone, Arizona. A requisition is a formal document that begins the extradition process of a person who flees a state to avoid arrest or prosecution.
