The first letter to Kansas Governor St. John asks him to issue an executive warrant for the arrest and extradition of J. B. Glenn, a Director and Cashier at the Bloomfield Bank in Iowa. The following letters to Governor St. John are also related to the arrest of J. B. Glenn.
