Letters to Kansas Governor St. John that talk about matters in Rawlins county. One letter informs Governor St. John that the census taker of Rawlins county perpetrated a fraud in taking the census and requests that actions be taken. Included within this letter are signatures that believe the statement to be true. Another letter talks about the fraud practiced in the organization of Rawlins county and how that might reflect on Governor St. John if an investigation does not take place. Other letters discuss petitions and recommendations for designating county seats, election results for county seat and county officers for Rawlins county, and requests to delay the organization of Rawlins county.
