A letter from A. C. Peck requests Kansas Governor St. John to appoint General Cameron as Fish Commissioner as it will allow him to travel over the State free of charge. A separate letter from A. R. Green petitions the Governor to appoint H. B. Rogers as Fish Commissioner, this letter includes signatures from a small party who believe Rogers to be qualified.
