A letter from George A. Hunt requests Kansas Governor St. John provide him with proclamations offering rewards for the arrest of criminals. A separate letter is from an individual applying for the appointment as a Detective for the State of Kansas. Additional letters request for the Governor to provide reward papers for the arrest of criminals as well as other requests to be appointed detective.
