Letters to Kansas Governor St. John in relation to the Fish Commissioner of Kansas. A letter from D. B. Long to Kansas Governor St. John thanking him for the reappointment as Fish Commissioner. Additional letters are reports or notices transmitted to the Governor regarding enforcing fish laws such as the construction of fishways, also called fish ladders, which is a structure placed on or around water barriers to facilitate fishes' natural migration as well as movements.
