These documents include letters from citizens who request protection from Kansas Governor St. John from a mob of rough. Also included is a letter from the Legation of Denmark on July 10, 1880, in this letter the person is requesting information regarding a deceased lady named Nielsen who was shot near Solomon City, Kansas. A following letter from the Royal Danish Legation in Washington D.C. on December 13th, 1880 inquiries regarding the estate of Jen Nielsen or Benedict late residents of Dickinson county.
