These letters are from a couple of individuals regarding the State Reform School of Topeka to Kansas Governor G. W. Glick. One letter is from a father questioning the status of their son at the school. The other letter is from S. Ettlinger writing about the status of his continued services to the school in providing clothing, etc. The State Reform School of Topeka still exists today as the Topeka Juvenile Correctional Facility.
