These letters are from the superintendent office and steward office of the Kansas Institution for the Education of the Deaf and Dumb to Kansas Governor G. W. Glick. G. L. Wycroff, superintendent, wrote about the case of Mr. Puckett's daughter and the overall status of the institution. The rules for admission are also included. The other issue discussed in the letters is the water ordinance of Olathe, Kansas and contract, which concerns the rules for supplying water to the institution.
