A letter on November 13, 1875, from Secretary of the Board of Trustees, John Francis, states he was notified that W. B. Craig has resigned as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Asylum for the Deaf and Dumb, and asks Governor Osborn to insert the name of the new member.
