Knapp, informs Governor Anthony, he is having published an account of the condition of the Kansas State Insane Asylum and discussing the circumstances and causes that led to his resignation. A letter from W. H. Pilkerton, asks if the Asylum in Topeka is complete and requests the appointment as Marshall.
