A letter on February 8, 1869, from C. C. Draper, Secretary to the Governor of Missouri, informs Kansas Governor Harvey the Immigration report of Missouri for 1868 has not been published yet, and once it is, he will forward a copy. A letter of application on February 23, 1869, from John Breaton for the appointment of Immigration Agent for Kansas. A transmittal letter from James Ross, Secretary of Immigration of Wisconsin, of copies of Wisconsin Immigration pamphlet recently published. The following documents concern various matters pertaining to Immigration, such as Immigration reports from other States, requests for information of Kansas to locate a colony of about 200 families, requests for Kansas Governor Harvey to attend conventions, among other topics.
