A letter from W. J. Whler in relation to the Temporary County Seat of Sumner County. A letter from B. F. Parsons notifies Kansas Governor Harvey a census roll for Sumner County has been forwarded to him, and requests the papers for the organization of the county to be created. A petition to have A. A. Jordon appointed as Sheriff of the county. Further letters are concerning other matters of Sumner County, Kansas.
