A petition on April 10, 1872, asks Kansas Governor Harvey to appoint J. A. Campbell as Justice of the Peace of Doniphan County. A letter on September 13, 1869, from A. W. Callen asks for J. G. McCoy to be appointed as Justice of the Peace of Dickinson County. A petition from Dickinson County Officers request Governor Harvey appoints T. J. Crosier as the Justice of Peace for their county.
