The letters in this file concern the appointment of a Judge of the 10th Judicial District in the State of Kansas. A petition from County Officers of Johnson County asks that Governor Harvey appoint John J. Burris of Olathe, Kansas as Judge for the 10th Judicial District. In addition, many of the letters request John J. Burris for the role of Judge for the new Judicial District.
