A letter from Charles A. Gould asks the Governor for the position as Commissioner of Deeds for Kansas in Utah. Gould explains he is currently Commissioner of Deeds for nearly all the states and would like to add Kansas as one of the States. A letter from S. B. Ginn for the appointment as the Commissioner of Deeds for Kansas in Virginia, in his letter, there is a recommendation from the Coroner of the City of Norfolk, Virginia. A letter of application from J. Callan asks the Governor for the appointment as Commissioner of Deeds for Kansas in Washington, D.C.
