Exchange of letters between the University of Kansas Rosedale School of Medicine and Governor Capper focuses on miscommunications between Governor Capper, Dr. Crumbine and Professor Sadler. Because Dr. Crumbine and Professor Sadler are under the impression they will be awarded $25,000 for a building, they have started planning the design of the building.
